75 Hancock Street, located on Beacon Hill just across from the State House, was BREC’s first single-family renovation and for-sale project. Having completed several rehabilitations of blighted, boarded-up buildings, Hancock seemed like an fitting challenge for the team. The original design was for three condominiums, but the neighborhood process led us to a custom single family home. The building was in such poor condition - most of the structure had to be rebuilt and the interior and exterior had to be completely restored.
