290 Highland Ave is one of the select few for-sale condo projects in BREC’s portfolio. As one of our early infill projects, the focus was on delivering unique layouts and high-end units within a building that fit the context of the surrounding neighborhood. Situated just outside Davis Square in Somerville, the project was among our first with the dedicated goal of reducing its carbon footprint and as a result the building was granted LEED Silver certification. BREC still proudly manages the condo association today.
