Legacy Properties

BREC has completed over 30 development projects throughout the Boston metro area - from light renovations to full rehabilitations and ground-up construction. Our projects have ranged in size, complexity and use. Some of them we have sold to pursue new opportunities, but most of them we still own today. Our legacy property gallery is a collection of the properties not individually listed on the website all of which are an important part of our history and expertise.
