BREC acquired this site in 2018 and worked with multiple neighborhood groups and the City to entitle what is now known as Ttoren. The building was designed using passive house principles and has solar panels on the roof, super-insulated walls and windows and a living wall in the main entry. The apartments are efficiently designed to provide functionality and comfort without wasting unnecessary square footage.
