NOWA Hotel is an approved 42-room boutique hotel located steps from North Station. BREC purchased the site in 2021 and re-entitled it to accommodate the current design. Scheduled to break ground in 2025, NOWA will be the first of its kind in the Northeast as an 8-story mass-timber, all-electric passive house hotel. Its unique staff-lite operating model, central location and sustainable design will put it in a class of its own for hotels in Boston.
