Terra is the first ground-up mass timber building in Boston. It’s a certified passive house, making it an extremely energy-efficient, low-carbon building. The units showcase the beauty of the mass timber, with exposed ceilings and beams throughout, that complement beautiful kitchens, abundant natural light, and stunning views from many of the units. It is the 5th building on the BREC block in the South End. Terra won a design award from the Boston Society of Architects in 2023.
